A 51-year-old man from Port Elizabeth died after suffering a heart-attack while swimming in Jeffrey’s Bay.

National Sea Rescue Institute Spokesperson Craig Lambinon said eye-witnesses reported to NSRI duty crew that there was a man floating face down in the water.

Lambinon on arrival on scene it was found that bystanders had brought the man on shore.
