Thousands flock to Cape Town for Two Oceans marathon
Thousands of visitors are expected to flock to Cape Town during the Easter Weekend in time for the Two Oceans marathon. The Table Mountain National Park has warned people visiting the mountain to be aware of the weather and their safety. Spokesperson for the Park Janine Willemans says that hikers should always dress appropriately and inform friends and family of exactly where they are going and when they will be back. Referring to recent attacks on the mountain, Willemans warned that people should only hike in groups of three or more and should keep valuables with them to an absolute minimum.
