A 19 year old was arrested for selling dagga.
Captain Elliot Sinyangana says police officers swiftly responded to information that came to their attention in connection with a person allegedly dealing in dagga at an address in Guguletu.
They confiscated 41 dagga parcels, more than 300 dagga stoppers and also a 20 litre dagga in his house.
“The street value of this dagga is 18 thousand rands,” said Sinyangana.
The 19 year old man appeared in the Athlone Magistrate's court yesterday, and the investigation continues.
