The Constitutional Court will today hear arguments on the right to vote for South Africans living abroad.
The hearing follows three separate applications for South Africans abroad to be allowed to vote in next month’s general election.
The main applicant is Willem Richter, a South African teacher working in the UK, but registered as a South African voter.
