An all night search by police and the NSRI failed to find any sign of a 67-year-old man who went missing in Plettenberg Bay on Friday. Johan Redelinghuys of Port Elizabeth, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was on holiday in Plettenberg Bay.
He wandered away from his home late on Friday afternoon and has not been seen since. NSRI spokesperson Craig Lambinon said the man was wearing a dark green shirt, dark shorts and sandals.
He wears rimmed glasses with a moustache and grey hair. He is famously known as “Boetie”.
Any one with information can call the police on 08600 10111
