As today marks the 1st sitting of the 4th Democratic Parliament, members of the media gathered outside anxiously waiting for Dignitaries to arrive.
With excitement mounting as VIP cars approach the steps of the National Assembly camera flashes filled the air as photographers gathered around Dignitaries such as African National Congress President Jacob Zuma stepped out of his car.
Despite the misty weather Members of Parliament came fully fitted in the best of the best of designers and accessories to make anyone gasp who is attending this important occasion.
