The National Institute for Communicable Diseases has confirmed the second swine flu death in the country today.
A 15 year old boy's death was confirmed in Bloemfontein today.
He was admitted in hospital with pneumonia symptoms, where he later died.
This follows the case of 22 year old Stellenbosch University student Ruan Muller, which was confirmed last week.
Meanwhile, tests are also being carried out on the body of a Western Cape man who died on Tuesday.
If confirmed positive the deceased will be the country’s third victim.
