On 16 March 2008 police discovered the bodies of Ms Aneka Joubert and her 73 year old husband, Stephanus Joubert.
The couple was found murdered during a burglary at their home in Rupert Street, Somerset West.
Positive fingerprints of the accused were found on the crime scene linking them to the murder.
Judgment was served upon the 2 murder accusers on Friday, 30 July 2010.
Accused number one, Christopher Hendricks was sentenced to five years imprisonment for housebreaking and theft, 15 years for robbery aggravating, four years for theft and life for murder.
Hendricks must serve two thirds of his sentence before he can apply for parole.
Accused number two, Johnny Johnson was sentenced to 4 years on charges of theft.
