A 37-year-old woman was shot dead in front of her children on a farm in Cullinan.
On Saturday police were hunting for the two men who attacked Rianna Schoeman during the robbery.
“The suspects ambushed Schoeman when she arrived home on Thursday evening with her children aged four and six. She ran into the house and tried to hold the door against the two intruders but was shot through a window,” said Gauteng police.
Her husband found her body when he arrived. The two boys were not harmed. She died on arrival at the hospital.
The robbers left with a laptop, a cell phone and an undisclosed amount of money.
