The three teenagers involved in the Jules High School sex tape are expected to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court today.

Today in court they will all hear if they will face charges of statutory rape or attend counseling.

A 15-year-old girl initially accused two boys of raping her but later reportedly admitted that the sex, which was filmed on cellphones and distributed early last month, had been consensual.

The Teddy Bear Clinic which has been following the story very closely are expected to also present a proposal to court.
