Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan has called on business-owners to apply for grants from the nine-billion-Rand job creation fund.

President Jacob Zuma announced the fund earlier this year.

Gordhan says they hope to help create 100-thousand jobs over the next three-years.

He says the aim is to unlock job creation potential around the country, but especially in rural areas.
