The Democratic Alliance says it wants answers from government about why the investigation into the controversial 1999 arms deal was called off.
The DA’s David Maynier says they have received a poorly drafted document from the Hawks.
This is regarding the decision to stop the investigation into the 30-billion-Rand deal.
He says that it is hard to believe that the document, which he also labeled as contradictory, forms the basis of the decision.
