The National Lotteries Board kicks off a series of nine provincial consultations on the future of National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund funding in Pretoria today.
The meetings will build up to a national conference on the issue in Gauteng next month.
Board Spokesperson Sershan Naidoo says they want stakeholders to help determine the most appropriate funding model for the fund. Beneficiaries will also be able to raise their concerns about Lotto funds.
