The government’s plans regarding health services will be revealed tomorrow.
Details of the National Health Insurance scheme are expected to be released after the cabinet meeting.
The new health system aims to improve cross-subsidisation in the overall health system.
It proposes funding contributions being linked to an individual’s ability to pay, and benefits would be in line with an individual’s need for care.
