Natjoints aswell as various Government departments
including SAPS,SANDF and State Security Agency have established measures in ensuring safety and
securing at the State of the Nation address (SONA) which will be taking place
on Thursday at the Cape Town City Hall
Integrated and joint law enforcement operations are
underway and law enforcement officers have been deployed and are on high alert
to ensure that the SONA takes place in a secure environment, with no incidents
of crime before, during and post the SONA.
Farmers’ organisation, Agri-Western Cape, says it hopes
President Cyril Ramaphosa will address the challenges that are facing the
sector during his State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Thursday.
The sector has been hard hit by the energy crisis in the
country
