settlement late last night.

stage but the South African Police services are investigating the
incident.
City fire and rescue service's Spokesperson
Theo Layne said six structures were destroyed and 24 people have been left
displaced as a result of the fire.
Layne added that the gender of the victim
is unknown at this stage.
