DA Minister of Health Dr Wilmot James says there are not enough machines to do the toxicology test.
He further suggested the Health Minister should take urgent action to provide the necessary resources.
Wilmot also elaborated that this would clear the accumulated backlog in blood alcohol and toxicology samples.
