South Africa’s Rugby World Cup winning coach Jake White has been appointed to the IRB rugby committee.
This was announced by the International Rugby Board.
White coached the Springboks to the Tri-Nations title in 2004 and Rugby World Cup success in France in 2007 during 54 Tests in charge.
IRB Chairman Bernard Lapasset has reportedly saying they are honoured that White accepted the invitation and looks forward to his contribution to the IRB rugby committee and the game worldwide.
