Lusanda Bill

Law expert Pierre de Vos says British murder accused Shrien Dewani may not succeed in his appeal to be extradited to South Africa.
Dewani is accused of having his 28-year-old wife murdered in a hijacking while the couple were on honeymoon in Cape Town in November last year.
Yesterday the court ruled that Dewani could be extradited back to South Africa.
De Vos says the extradition treaty that South Africa has with the United Kingdom will prevent Dewani from appealing.
