The murder trial of Blue Bulls rugby player Jacobus “Bees” Roux is expected to start in the North Gauteng High Court today.
Roux stands accused of beating Tshwane metro police member, Ntshimane Mogale, to death in August last year.
Several questions about the case remain, including why Mogale was driving Roux’s car on the night of his death.
Roux’s legal team is expected to argue that Mogale had tried to rob him and that their client had acted in self defence.
