North West police have found a headless body of a man at a cemetery near Wolmaransstad.
Municipal workers at Makwassie cemetery noticed the body of the man had been exhumed without permission and beheaded.
Police spokesman Thulani Ngubane says the man had only been buried this past Saturday.
Ngubane says the body was still in the coffin but the head is missing.
