Speculation has arise about whether President Jacob Zuma will have a second term but also the ANC’s future in general.

The Institute of Race Relations’ Frans Cronje said the ANC has entered a period of terminal decline and will lose its parliamentary majority at or before the 2024 elections.

Cronje said its not just speculation but there is evidence which suggests in terms of eligible voters such a trend is already in evidence.

He added that it has often been sited as service delivery being failure but they don’t believe that service delivery has failed.
