South Africa is strengthening mutual ties with Belgium.
International Relations Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane met with the Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Didier Reynders on Wednesday in Pretoria.
Reynders will also meet with SA’s Ministers of Trade and Industry and Mineral Resources during his state visit.
Nkoana-Mashabane said despite the ongoing economic challenges confronting Europe, Belgium has remained steadfast in its support for developmental efforts.
