The National Employers Association of South Africa says it is disappointed with the Presidents Jacob Zuma’s State of the Nation Address.

NEASA said the State of the Nation Address lacked more detailed vision to address unemployment and job creation.

Sya van der Walt said that the economy is not growing as it should be.

“The President didn’t use the opportunity to identify the specific obstacles that would secure job creation and rooting out unemployment; and he didn’t use the opportunity to challenge industries on how they can also work together to help this challenge the country at the moment” van der Walt said.
