KwaZulu-Natal Mjondolo residents to hear judgement today

Today Abahlali baseMjondolo in Kwa Zulu Natal will be back in the Durban High Court to receive the judgement that has been reserved since 21st May 2015. 

Abahlali won many court interdicts, after the eThekwini Municipal Land Invasions Unit in the Marikana land occupation and Lamontville in Sisonke Village repeatedly used brutal force to remove them.

Abahlali baseMjondolo’s Thinabantu Khanyile said we are here back again after a court case that was remanded from the Johannesburg Constitutional Court.


“Today, we expecting the judgment to be handed down and every one seem to be excited looking forward to hear the judgement to what it’s going to be” Khanyile added.
