The Steenberg Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit is requesting the assistance of the public in a rape case.
On Sunday afternoon a 27 year old female was alone at her Steenberg home, when an unknown male came running into her bedroom.
“He threatened her with a knife and told her not to scream, where after he pushed her to the floor and raped her,” said Inspector November Filander.
“According to the complainant he was dressed in a blue shirt, grey Nike trackpant with blue and white takkies,” added Inspector Filander.
He is approximately 1.7 metres tall and of slender build.
