Road accidents claim 12 lives in North West

North West MEC for Public Safety Howard Yawa has conveyed his condolences to the families of three Kaizer Chiefs supporters.
The supporters died when their minibus overturned near Hartbeespoort Dam this morning.
The supporters were on their way to Royal Bafokeng Stadium for the Telkom Charity Cup.
Eight survivors, five in a critical condition, were admitted to Brits Provincial Hospital.
Meanwhile nine people died in the accident involving a private bakkie and a vehicle belonging to the North West department of health.
Five of the deceased are believed to be departmental employees.
