The Proteas got off to the common worst possible start in the must-win Test

James Anderson took his second wicket of the third Test against the Proteas a Newlands.

This is after he dismissed Graeme Smith just after lunch for 30.

Anderson claimed Ashwell Prince’s wicket in the first over of the day for a duck.

Graham Onions trapped Hashim Amla leg before for 14 just before lunch.

This afternoon, Jacques Kallis and AB de Villiers built a 50 partnership.

They took the home team to 111 for three, with Kallis on 36 and De Villiers on 24.

The Proteas have to win this Test to save the series.
