Medical union Nehawu says it is deeply disturbed by the decision of the Free State health department to privatise a medical depot in Bloemfontein.
The union says it is opposed to any action that will result in the loss of jobs, unfair relocation of workers and will negatively affect service delivery.
Nehawu’s Bereng Soke says the provincial department should stop outsourcing in the health sector.
It also calls for the filling of all vacancies in the sector.
