An Angola separatist leader has warned that rebels could launch more attacks during the African Cup of Nations.

But he added that only soldiers would be targeted, not athletes or fans.

Three people were killed and eight wounded last Friday during an attack on the Togo team bus in the province of Cabinda.

The Front for the Liberation of the Enclave of Cabinda claimed responsibility for the attack.

The group’s self-proclaimed leader Rodrigues Mingas says Cabinda is at war.
