The three teenagers involved in the Jules High School sex video appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court today.

The Judge decided that the teenagers will have to attend a three-month diversion programme. The National Prosecuting Authority Mthunzi Mhaga said “the programme is designed to address behavioral problems and issues faced by the teenagers”.

Mhaga added that the charges against the teenagers will depend on whether they successfully complete the programme or not.

The programme will also be attended by social workers and the parents of the three teenagers.

The programme will begin on the 6th of December for the two boys and a date has not been set for when the girl will begin her programme.
