The League of Friends of the Blind has welcomed the progress being made towards an international treaty.
The treaty would improve access to books for blind people.
Lofob is an associate member of the World Blind Union.
The League’s executive director Phillip Bam says he supports the fight to lighten the copyright restrictions that makes access to books extremely difficult.
