Public Protector Thuli Madonsela says despite numerous attempts to silence her office through the use of intimidation, raids and false accusations, she will not bow down from her Constitutional mandate.
Madonsela made the remarks in Pretoria while addressing the National Press Club on Tuesday.
She insisted that she would not stop speaking the truth, especially to those who abuse power.
Meanwhile the Law Society has added its voice calling Police Commissioner Bheki Cele and Justice Minister Jeff Radebe to investigate the latest incident speedily and to report transparently to the public.
