Public Works Minister Gwen Mahlangu-Nkabinde says she is deeply concerned about the Auditor General’s reports into her department.
She says the report is troubling reading for any South African as it shows a clear record of financial mismanagement running into hundreds of millions of Rands.
The Minister vowed to sort the mess out and turn the department around. She maintains however that it will not be an overnight process.
