A man was killed in an accident on the N2 in Cape Town
The accident happened at the Jan Smuts off ramp, whereby three other people were seriously injured.
ER24`s Andre Visser says the car overturned and ejected all the occupants.
Visser said that the three other occupants suffered serious injuries and were transported to Groote Schuur Hopital for further medical treatment.
