The Democratic Alliance said the delays in the case they filed against the National Prosecuting Authority, to provide record of decision in the matter of the discontinuation over the prosecution of President Jacob Zuma are suspicious.

The DA said it is clear that Zuma’s legal team knows that what is on the tapes could be damaging to Zuma.

DA’s Chairperson of the DA Federal Executive James Selfe said they are disappointed by these delays but they will not give up.

Selfe added that they were promised a reduced record in March 2012 by order of the Supreme Court of Appeal.
