The Western Cape MEC of Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela is expected to give the keynote address at the ceremony of the new Eloxolweni Housing Project in Overstrand today.
The housing project in Overstrand costs R 24.5 million project.
Ministerial Spokesperson Bruce Oom said this project is in line with the department`s plan to upgrade informal settlements.
Oom added that they want to ensure that people in all areas in the province have access to decent housing.
