Man attacked by bees in Magaliesberg

A man was attacked by a swarm of bees in Magaliesberg man.

The incident occurred in Costa Road close to the Magaliesberg on Thursday afternoon.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santie Steinmann said upon their arrival on the scene they found that a forty-seven-year old man was attacked by a swarm of bees.

Steinmann said the man was treated and stabilised on scene before the Netcare 1 helicopter airlifted him to the Netcare Milpark Hospital for further medical treatment.
