Minister Maite Nkoana Mashabane meets with Russian conterpart

The Minister of International Relationships and Cooperation Maite Nkoana Mashabane today will be meeting her Russian counterpart in Pretoria.

The Departmental Spokesperson Clayson Monyela explains that the aim is to engage on issues of bilateral relations between South Africa and Russia and how to further strengthen trade relations and also look at issues in the Global arena of mutual interest in particularly to prepare for the up coming fifth BRICK summit with the possibility of having a state visit from Russia on the sidelines of the BRICK summit.
