Second suspect arrested in the gang rape and murder case

The incident took place over the weekend.
The Police found her at a construction site on Saturday morning with broken legs and her stomach was cut open.
She identified one of her attackers before she died in Hospital.
Two men a 21year old and a 22 year old have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Community Safety Spokesperson Mireille Wenger said this highlights an urgent need for communities to stand together to prevent these heinous crimes against women.
Wenger added that they want to see criminals convicted for this crime.
President Jacob Zuma has also expressed his shock and outrage at the incident.
