The supplementary exams are expected to end on March 19th.

Ministerial Spokesperson Bronagh Casey said that in order to assist candidates to pass their exams, the Western Cape Education Department is offering free tuition to candidates.

“This tuition programme includes broadcasting revision lessons via satellite to 145 schools across the province using a telematics system” Casey said.

Casey added that expert teachers are expected to provide quality lessons via satellite to candidates who have registered to write their supplementary exams and the candidates will be able to view theses broadcasts between the 17th of February until the 17th of March.
