Body of a 22-year-old found at a school in Bonteheuwel

Western Cape police have confirmed that a body of a 22-year-old male was found at a sports ground at a back of a high school in Bonteheuwel.

A school safety officer discovered the body while he was doing his rounds on Tuesday. 

Captain FC van Wyk said the man sustained multiple stab wounds to his body.  A case of murder has been opened. 

Van Wyk added that the circumstances which led to his death are unknown at this stage but police are investigating and no arrests have been made yet.
