Two people seriously injured in an accident in Chatsworth

Netcare 911 paramedics together with rescue services this morning responded to an accident in Chatsworth whereby two people were left injured. 

It is believed that the car they were traveling in lost control and overturned. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said the two were seriously injured and they had to be stabilised on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

Steinmann also said the exact details of the cause of the accident are not known at this stage and the police are investigating the cause of the accident.
