The 54 year old accused involved in the De Doorns accident on the N1, appeared today in the Worcester Magistrate’s court on charges of culpable homicide.
Six children aged between two and 13 years and 40 year old women were killed in the crash on Saturday morning.
The case has been postponed until 20 January next year to the De Doorns Magistrate’s court for legal representation and he will remain in custody.
