Police have asked the public for information about a suspected gang shooting in Delft during the early hours of Sunday morning.
The victim has not been identified because his next of kin were not yet informed.
Police spokesperson November Philander said police arrived at the scene to find the man dead and found three bullet casings.
He added that police will be investigating the matter as no arrests have been made yet.
