The recently released World Report on inequality in South Africa draws attention to the failure of post-Apartheid economic policies to reduce inequality and eradicate poverty in South Africa.

The report shows we are still one of the most unequal societies in the world.

UDM Deputy Secretary General, Nqabayomzi Kwankwa said that the report highlight the importance to hold an economic Indaba to discuss possible future economic policies.

He added that discussions in economic policies can take the country out of the inequality and poverty.
