Drug abuse linked to violence

The Cape Town Drug Counseling Centre said
drug abuse in the Western Cape
It has been reported that more people are
becoming addicted to heroin.
Drug Counselling Centre's Ashley Potts said
violence and can be linked to substance abuse.
Potts said their calls and early interventions
show that there have been quite a number of clients coming from the rural areas.
Potts adds that there is clearly a tendency
towards the Tik or heroin or even cannabis.
