COSATU to march against Sun City and Sun International

COSATU Moses Kotane Local in the North West is fuming and is readying itself for strings of marches and industrial action against the alleged racist and exploitive global acclaimed entertainment hub called Sun City and Sun International as a whole.

It is clear that Sun City and Sun International and its lily-white management are turning this country into a Banana Republic as they clearly refuses to observe and abide by the Labour Laws of this country and no one seems to be prepared to act on that.

Cosatu North West Provincial Secretary Solly Phetoe said workers are saying they were not consulted secondly the way that they were treated and exploited by being unfairly dismissed.They were taken out of Sun City by security and thrown out of the premises.

“Now this is what COSATU have been saying about the fight against the Labour Brokers.The workers want all suspensions withdrawn and all the workers who have been dismissed reinstated Phetoe added.
