Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane would not confirm today whether the public would be informed about ministers’ results in the performance contracts President Jacob Zuma announced in his State of the Nation address yesterday evening.
Chabane told a media briefing that the delivery targets set for ministers would be public knowledge. But disclosure of the results remained Zuma’s prerogative.
Chabane is quoted as saying Ministers will be expected to submit performance reports to Zuma as from the next financial year which starts in April.
