Limpopo police have released the details of an armed attack on passengers in a bus in Malipsdrift yesterday. The men stormed the bus before robbing and shooting at the passengers. They boarded the bus at the Bolwela shopping centre.
The attackers pointed their firearms at the driver of the bus and his passengers while demanding money. Random shots were fired and two men and two women were wounded.
The driver was forced to hand over a box containing one-thousand-500-rands. The robbers were arrested after police followed them on foot for approximately four kilometres. The stolen money and firearms were recovered.
